Participants will learn to expand their leadership role and incorporate coaching to empower others. Attendees will learn skills and processes for facilitating and managing change through the strengths of others. These coaching skills will help participants develop leadership styles that motivate others and foster leadership in others.

• Identify the next steps required to integrate or reinforce coaching in individual leadership styles
