Dr. Laura Granato taught organizational behavior at Johns Hopkins University and the George Washington university. She also coached Navy managers in how to help their employees be more productive, with excellent results. She holds a doctoral degree in Counselor Education from Virgina Polytechnic Institute.
Dr. Harold Kurstedt founded the Center for Organizational and Technological Advancement (COTA) at Virginia Tech, a 235-person organization dedicated to helping managers perform better. He has helped organizations such as Dupont, Westinghouse, and Citibank improve their managerial cultures. He holds a doctoral degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Ms. Barbara Smith designed the Center for Leadership Coaching at the Council for Excellence in Government. She also directed Leadership Succession Planning services at the United States Office of Personnel Management. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Education, as well as a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University.
Ms. Mary Connors: As co-founder of ConnorsDavis and Company International, located in Maryland, Connecticut and Ireland, Mary Connors has extensive international and domestic experience in organization and human development, strategic formulation, managing change and knowledge transfer. Ms. Connors' clients span the globe from Europe to Latin America to Asia and the Americas. Ms. Connors is associated with Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and The National University of Ireland in Galway, where she teaches in their MBA and Master Programs. Ms. Connors holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the State University of New York and Queens College and is presently completing her Doctoral Dissertation in Human and Organizational Systems.
Mr. Colin Dunn served for 30 years as an officer in the United States Army, where he trained peacekeeping forces deploying to Bosnia. He is a certified executive coach who has coached senior executives at organizations such as the National Defense University. He holds a Master of Science degree in Business Management.
Dr. James Goldstein has helped organizations such as Cable and Wireless International, American Honda Motors, and Unisys Corporation create systems to place employees in positions suited to their talents. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and holds a doctoral degree in Social Psychology from Catholic University.
Ms. Marge Gildenhorn was the Chief of Education Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she planned, directed and implemented educational programs for 1800 medical center staff. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Technology, and is a graduate of the Fellows Program at the Council for Excellence in Government.

Ms. Linda Ritchie is a retired United States Army officer; in the Army, she provided public affairs advice and counsel to the director and senior leadership of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, and is completing her doctorate in Psychology at Capella University.
Ms. Louise Mokone: As a professional Development Consultant, she plans, develops and presents management development programs, coaches one-on-one, provides needs assessment and assists with finding solutions to organizational problems. She has worked with such organizations as: Georgetown University, Dale Carnegie, Defense Logistics Agency, US Supreme Court, Harvard University Café program, World Bank and Scientific Atlantic.
